Amanda’s March Book Haul

Hi, lovelies! I almost decided not to share this post this month because my book haul is considerably smaller than usual, but I figured that it was an easy post and I could talk a bit about my buying this month.

Morning Star by Pierce Brown
I’ve been slowly collecting the hardcovers of this series since reading the audiobooks from my library and falling in love with the story. So, when I saw Morning Star in a buy/sell/trade facebook group for less than $10, I knew I couldn’t pass it up even though I’m not supposed to be buying.

Hook, Line, and Sinker by Tessa Bailey
This is one of the books that I preordered at the end of last year. I love some of Bailey’s other books, so I’m excited to read this series.

Gallant by Victoria Schwab
I honestly had to treat myself with this one. On Sunday’s, I take my daughter to swimming lessons. But one Sunday last month, we were on our way and got a call that the lesson was canceled. To keep her from totally melting down (swim lessons are the highlight of her week) we went to Target. It was my first outing with both kids and it was a lot. So, I rewarded myself for surviving with the purchase of Gallant.

Tarnished Empire by Danielle L. Jensen
I have no excuses for why I bought this book. I spent entirely too much money on shipping. I actually had changed my mind about buying it, but my phone had already registered my face ID and the purchase had gone through. But this book is absolutely stunning, so I’m not even mad about it.

The Spanish Love Deception by Elena Armas
This was the book I picked for the book box subscription that my MIL gifted me for Christmas. I actually already read this and enjoyed it. It was fun and a little over the top.

Did you buy any books last month?

Keep on reading lovelies, Amanda.
