Amanda’s Contemporary-A-Thon TBR

Hi, lovelies! Who is excited for Contemporaryathon?! I certainly am. I’m loving mystery/thrillers and spooky reads right now, so I tried to incorporate as many of those as I could into my TBR for this readathon.

Read a 2019 release

The Liars of Mariposa Island by Jennifer Mathieu

Read a contemporary with yellow on the cover

Twice in a Blue Moon by Christina Lauren

Read a diverse contemporary (aim for something outside of your own experience)

Moonstruck Vol. 2: Some Enchanted Evening by Grace Ellis & Shae Beagle

Read a contemporary with an illustrated cover

Everything All at Once by Katrina Leno

Read a dark or hard-hitting contemporary

Crank by Ellen Hopkins

Read a contemporary with plants on the cover

A Million Junes by Emily Henry

Read a contemporary that is beloved by a member of the book community (and shout out the creator!)

A Study in Charlotte by Brittany Cavallaro

Shout Out: Rocky @ Blonde With a Book

What are you going to be reading for this readathon? Have you read any of these books? Let me know below!

Keep on reading lovelies, Amanda.

  1. I’m keen to try A Million Junes! I love the cover 💙 I remember trying Crank years ago… it’s stuck with me this whole time. I’m a total wimp for anything scary though! Hope you enjoy all of them! 😄 Jen

  2. Good luck this week! I kept it easy on myself with only 3 books… but wishing you the best of luck on completing all of these!! My last Christina Lauren book I didn’t love…. so interested to hear what you think of Twice in a Blue Moon!
