Blogmas Day Five – WWW Wednesday

Hey, bookworms! It’s that day of the week again where we participate in the wonderful bookish post that was formerly hosted by Should be Reading and was recently taken over by Taking on a World of Words. To play along just answer three questions to give an update about what you’re currently reading, going to read next and have read recently. Feel free to leave your answers in the comments or link your post!

What are you currently reading?

Amanda- I am FINALLY currently reading Kingdom of Ash. I started it on Monday night and made it a little under halfway through. I’m hoping to finish it up this week if I can. I’m also about a quarter of the way through the audiobook for Calypso by David Sedaris. Recently I picked up To Make Monsters Out of Girls by Amanda Lovelace. I’m reading a few pages each day when I have time so I’m a little over halfway through this.

Antonia- I just started reading Skyward by Brandon Sanderson. Amanda sent it to me for my birthday and we’re going to try to buddy read it. Since she reads so much faster than I do, I’m starting it early.

What did you recently finish reading?

Amanda- The past few days I have finished the audiobook of City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare. I’m doing a reread of all the Shadowhunter books before getting to the newest release. Check out my November Wrap Up to see more of what I’ve read recently.

Antonia- I just finished To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han.

What do you think you will read next?

Amanda- Next, hoping that Kingdom of Ash does not send me into a reading slump with no return I will be trying to catch up on new releases that I’ve missed this year. I might pick up Kings Cage by Victoria Aveyard so I can finally get to War Storm and finish the series.

Antonia- Next I think I’ll read P.S. I Still Love You by Jenny Han or Pride by Ibi Zoboi (another birthday book from Amanda).

Thanks for reading our W’s this week. What are yours? Leave them in the comments or leave us a link to your post.
