Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Each week we talk about our top ten with a different topic provided by Jana. This week’s topic is top ten – Books By My Favorite Authors That I Still Haven’t Read.
1. The Assassins Blade by Sarah J. Maas – I’m not ready to submit myself to the heartbreak I know this book will cause.
2. The Language of Thorns by Leigh Bardugo – I just haven’t gotten to this yet.
3. Collateral by Ellen Hopkins – This book is forever getting pushed back on my TBR list. I’ll read it eventually.
4. Catwoman by Sarah J. Maas – I just bought this one legit only because it’s written by Maas. I haven’t read any of the other DC superhero books.
5. Fox and O’Hare series by Janet Evanovich – I’ll get around to these eventually, maybe.
6. The Casual Vacancy by J.K. Rowling – I love Rowling’s other adult books but I really just don’t have a whole lot of interest in reading this one.
7. Naked in Death by J.D. Robb – Another series I’ll get around to reading, eventually, maybe.
8. The Child Thief by Bella Forrest – Forrest’s newest series. I have to finish a few other books before I can get to this one.
9. Wonder Woman: Warbringer by Leigh Bardugo – Again, I only want to read this because it’s by Bardugo and I love her.
10. Love Lies Beneath by Ellen Hopkins – Highly rated by my favorite author. I’m not sure how I haven’t read this yet.
Who are your favorite authors and which of their books haven’t you read yet?
Keep on reading lovelies, Amanda.
Language of Thorns and Wonder Woman:Warbringer are so good! (Though I may be biased since I’m a HUGE Bardugo fan lol)
I am also a huge Bardugo fan! I think I’ll like them!
I wasn’t a massive fan of The Casual Vacancy. I hope that you have a better experience with it.
It’s not super high on my priority list to read. It doesn’t sound that good to me sadly. But I’ll read it eventually just because it’s by J.K.
I haven’t read any of the DC Icon series, but even as a Marvel girl, I can admit they do sound fun. Also, SOMEDAY I *need* to read a novel by Leigh Bardugo. Her books are so well loved, and I sorta feel like I’m missing out. 🙂
You HAVE to read Bardguos novels!! She’s one of my favorites!! I havent read any of the DC books yet either, I’m also a Marvel girl myself lol!
I have a Kindle copy of Wonder Woman: Warbringer, although I don’t think I’ll be picking it up any time soon because I have other books in the queue. Otherwise, I’d ask you to buddy read with me. Haha. Hope you enjoy the book, though!
* TTT: To all the authors I follow on Twitter & the books I haven’t read 🌷🌷🌷
I dont own Wonder Woman yet! It’s really only on my list because i love Bardugos writing. I have lots of other books that I’d rather read first! I’ll probably read it eventually though.
You have some great books on here! In particular, the Leigh Bardugo and Sarah J Maas were fantastic.
They’re two of my favorite authors! I’m excited to read their other books!

It sounds fun! Ive heard mixed reviews but i think I’ll like it!
It definitely was different from what I was expecting, but I still enjoyed it! 😊
I love Fox and O’Hare, more than I ever loved the Stephanie Plum series. They’re just so fun.

Good to know! I’ll read them eventually. I love Stephanie plum so I’m sure I’ll like these too.
I haven’t read the Throne of Glass books from Empire of Storms onward, or any of the novellas, or any of ACOTAR.
There are some short stories that I haven’t read from my favorite authors. I’m working to fix that.
I highly recommend ACOTAR. it’s one of my favorites for sure. I haven’t read a lot of novellas. Im working on fixing that too! Recently bought a bunch of the novella books, now i just have to actually read them.
I still have Sarah J Maas and Leigh Bardugo books left to read as well.

They’re so good!
🙂
Have you done Tower of Dawn yet? I strongly suggest you do Assassins Blade before you do if you have not yet started it!
I’ve read Tower of Dawn already!
J.K. Rowling is on my list today. I’ve read the HP series, but none of her Robert Galbraith books. I’m afraid they just won’t compare to HP! Plus, I’ve seen very mixed reviews. I will try them eventually so I can see for myself.
Happy TTT!

I liked the Coroman Strike novels! They’re so different from the HP books. I also didn’t know they were by J.K. when i read the first one.
I totally need to catch up on Bardugo. 🙂

Catwoman, Wonder Woman and Language of thorns are on mine too but Maas is my favorite author
